Fayetteville Arkansas Wedding

Barn at the Springs Wedding // Hayden + Savannah by April Walsh

Savannah, what do you love most about Hayden? I love how Hayden can always make me enjoy life. He is funny and easy going. I tend to get stressed easily and he is quick to make me laugh and relax.

Hayden, what do you love most about Savannah? Hayden said he everything about me. Haha! Really though, he says he likes my driven personality. I guess I am a go getter!

We were both raised in Fayetteville, High school sweethearts. Both went to U of A. I teach 2nd grade and he is a Walmart supplier for Kimberly Clark.

What memory stands out most to you from your wedding day? Our 11 minute ceremony. With rain threatening a down pour at any second we were still determined to get married outside. The ceremony was so fast but beyond perfect! Sweet and simple like us! And thankfully the rain held off until after cocktail hour.

Advice for future couples? Invite all your friends!! It makes the whole thing so much more exciting celebrating with all those you love!

Hayden said soak up every minute! It goes by SO fast!

How was your experience with me? Beyond amazing!! You was everything we hoped for and more. From the beginning you were easy to work with and quickly became a friend! You helped make us feel comfortable and excited to take pictures! Our engagement pictures and wedding pictures are something we will cherish forever and we are so grateful for your work!

Matt Lane Farm Wedding // Jacob + Ali by April Walsh

Ali, what do you love most about Jacob? He is always worrying about me and the people he loves; he’s a protector. He wants the best for me, his family, and his friends and you can feel that. There is never a moment I don’t feel the love. He is the best partner and friend. We’re a team in everything we do.

Jacob, what do you love most about Ali? I love the way you love me and your love for our life together.  Your loving heart and adventurous soul keeps me on my toes and I’m always looking to spend the next day with you.  I also think you’re a hot ass dog mom. DMILF

What memory stands out to your most about your wedding day? The thing I remember the most from the day is the feeling I had. I thought I would be nervous but I felt so at peace....despite my continuous crying...they were happy tears lol.

Advice to other couples? Just let things be! Everything is going to work out and as long as y’all end up married it’s going to be the best day ever. We never stressed throughout the planning process..we just let things kind of fall in to place and it made that time in our lives so much more lighthearted. That is the mentality I had going in to the wedding day too and it made all the difference.

How was your experience with Freckled Fox? April is the best decision I made besides my groom :) she made the whole process so easy and fun. April is such a genuine person and I could feel that from the moment I met her. Not only was she a serious light throughout the engagement period and the wedding, she captured the most beautiful photos of us. Her photos are everywhere in our house because they were too good to choose just a few! Bonus, she’ll give you the best wedding day back scratches!

Matt Lane Farm Wedding // Brad + Allie's Snowy Vows by April Walsh

It’s odd to think about this freezing January wedding when it’s so steamy and sun outside my window right now. I can’t wait to share all of Brad and Allie’s snow filled big day. The energy was infectious all day and they had one of the sweetest first look’s I’ve ever had the pleasure to capture. As we were taking portraits, we kept pretending we were somewhere on a hot beach with our toes in the sand ha! Whatever we had to do to stay warm, we knew the photos would be worth it. Here are a few other vendor’s who helped make the day so wonderful:

Florals: Zuzu’s Petals

Wedding Gown: Low’s Bridal. Designer was L’amour.

The bride’s sister actually designed and made all my stationary, so that was super special to her.

Wedding Rings and Jewelry- Blakeman’s

The groomsmen got all of their suits from Dillard’s, but Brad’s suit was a custom made Italian suit from Hubbard’s.

Bridesmaid Dresses- Low’s Bridal and Formal

Videographer- 3R Productions

Catering- The Event Group

Wedding cake was made by Shelby Lynn’s Cake Shoppe. Brad has a dream about what it would look like and they turned that into a perfect reality. They had three different flavors and not a single slice was left at the end of the night.

Live Music- Something Blue.

Kindred Barn Wedding // Dawson + Kailey // Mulberry, Arkansas by April Walsh

Dawson first reached out to me to capture the moment he was proposing to Kailey. We hiked to the Yellow Rock Overlook at Devil’s Den and arrived just at sunset for the most magical lighting. For their engagements we ran around the tennis courts and pushed each other into the pool. When I arrived at Kindred Barn on the morning of their wedding, the clouds were just rolling in and made that amazing rain smell all in the air (am I the only one that loves that smell?) The rain stayed away all day though and the whole day flowed seamlessly. They both cried, I cried, everyone cried. I had a hard time saying good bye at the end of the night and hugged them both so tight.

Carson + Sarah // Sunny Winter Wedding at Barn at the Springs by April Walsh

Carson and Sarah are friends turned high school sweethearts. They both grew up with my younger brother, and we didn’t put it together until we met for coffee before the big day! They decided to get married in January because of both of their busy schedules, but the weather couldn’t have been more perfect for us that day. Carson and Sarah’s love shined through in the tender way they were with each other all day long. And in their friends faces who got to spend it with them. Take a peek at their sun filled day and one of the best dance floors I’ve ever been apart of!
