Sassafras Springs Vineyard

 
 

Sassafras Springs Vineyard is a Fayetteville staple. They’ve won all the local venue awards and have a winery on site! The venue property is an expansive 60 acres so you have multiple options for where to host the different parts of your big day.

price range is $2,900-$6,900

The Stables reception hall will accommodate up to 200 guests inside, 80 guests on the side deck and 120 on the back deck. They’ve also just added the veranda off the back side of the stables which will seat 250 guests for a ceremony or 150 guests for dining. The Veranda has the perfect view of the vineyards. At the Chapel Ruins, celebrate your wedding day in a breathtaking setting inspired by old church ruins that owner Cheryl Long discovered while traveling abroad. Built by a stone mason artisan with Arkansas stone, the Chapel Ruins is 33 by 80 feet and can seat up to 360 guests.

They have a bridal suite and groom’s room inside the stables building and an additional spot called The Peacock Room next to the vineyard for a little more privacy. Situated over the wine-making building, the colorful room has a large, one-way window overlooking the estate so you can peek at all your guests as they arrive.

They do require that you purchase your alcohol through them but include 2 licensed bartenders and they always take good care of you. They will keep the wine, beer and winearitas a’flowing!

If you want a lot of room to roam, a Tuscan feel and a place that has an on site lodge you can rent for after the wedding— this is the place for you.

Stone Chapel at Matt Lane Farm

 
 

Stone Chapel at Matt Lane Farm is located fifteen minutes from downtown Fayetteville on a 20 acre private horse farm. So you feel like you’re out, without being too far from town. The venue owners continue to add on and update. I love finding something new every time I get to shoot there!

price range is $3500-$5800

They have separate bride and groom getting ready spaces with private bathrooms. There are multiple shaded outdoor areas perfect for first looks and detail shots. Their capacity is around 280 with an indoor and outdoor ceremony option.  The indoor chapel is a beautiful old world European design featuring antique stain glass windows and front doors from Argentina that are over 250 years old. The outdoor ceremony spot opens with iron wrought gates and a stone stage and backdrop. The pavilion has a catering work room, fireplace, a deck and a courtyard with string lights for dance parties if it’s warm enough.

Kindred Barn

 
 

Established in 2016, Kindred Barn was the frontrunner of the barn trend for wedding venues. The venue is owned and ran by the Marrone family and they take a very personal hand in the business. Joey and Stacy or one of their children are guaranteed to be close by for final touch ups for your big day so everything is fresh and perfect for you.

price range is $3,000-6,700

Kindred Barn is a 3 story, 7500 sqft building. The first floor has the main hall, lounge, buffet/cocktail hour area and a huge kitchen. They’re even now offering in house Italian catering! Joey is part of a long line of a family run Philadelphia pizza restaurant owners. The second floor has bride and groom’s getting ready spaces that can be open to each other or closed off. The third floor is a GORGEOUS newly renovated honeymoon suite with a kitchenette and bathroom included. They have an indoor and outdoor ceremony option too for when Mother Nature has other plans. Kindred Barn is on over 100 acres of family land and I love how off the grid you feel when you’re out there. They continue to update and modernize their venue, and you can really tell how much they care about you. They’ve even started offering full weekend packages that include over night accommodations!

Fairlane Station

 
 

Fairlane Station is in the middle of the newly updated downtown Springdale. This is the perfect spot for for intimate weddings that want an indoor/outdoor feel.

price range is $1300-$2100

They have 3000 sqft of indoor space and 1700 soft of outdoor space (800 of which is covered). They just renovated a GORGEOUS upstairs bridal suite with an open living area, full kitchen, dreamy shower and a bedroom. The back garden has string lights overhead and seats around 225 for ceremonies and inside you can seat 150 for a ceremony. The courtyard has wisteria blooming in the Spring and rich ruby red leaves in the fall. Inside the clean space is fitted with upcycled barn doors, white wooden walls and antique accessories. 

They also offer the option to add on white, resin folding chairs, 10x3 farmhouse tables and an upstairs bridal suite.

If you want a crisp and clean venue with lots of greenery to host your intimate wedding— this is the place for you.

 The Ravington

The Ravington features exposed brick walls, restored original tin 20’ high ceilings with 7 chandeliers, priceless architectural antiques like a 150 year blue old doors from Lebanon, a 200 year old door from a palace in India, and many custom designed architectural elements. The Ravington building was built in 1909 as the original General store on Main Street in Centerton.

They have 7,100 square feet inside (heated and cooled!) and a 3,000 square foot courtyard with Italian Bistro lights overhead. Ceremonies can be held in either the courtyard or the First Room. This makes it’s beautiful 365 days of the year regardless of the temperamental Arkansas weather! 

The bridal suite is a giant light filled white room upstairs with a private bathroom. The groom’s getting ready area is filled with leather, moody charm and their own personal bar cart.

They have a large catering prep kitchen for any caterer of your choice and the flexibility to bring in your own alcohol. They even allow food trucks in our courtyard!

Kindred North

 
 

Kindred North was started by some of the team that started Kindred Barn as an option a bit closer to town. The bright white open space is the perfect blank canvas for your big day.

price range is $3000-$4500

The bride and groom getting ready areas are in a separate building for optimal privacy. They both have modern decor and private bathrooms. You have the option to have your ceremony inside the 5,200 sqft great room under their iconic greenery wreath or a fully paved outdoor option with benches and a modern arbor.

Brick Ballroom

 
 

The Brick Ballroom is the perfect elegant industrial venue. The building used to be a Chevy Dealership in Siloam Springs from the 1920s. They just added a 4500 sq ft garden and veranda. It’s perfect for an outdoor ceremony with sloping landscaping. Roses, Dogwoods, Redbuds, climbing Ivy & Holly bushes are mixed in with slate rock all enclosed with iron gates. Edison lights swing from the wood rafters lighting up the covered veranda. Cobblestone concrete, original garage doors & 2 large ceiling fans complete the space. 

price range is $2500-$7500

The bridal suite has 360 degrees of mirrors and your own private bathroom. Inside the BB capacity is 730, outside 250— so never worry about having to flip the space! There is a catering space with separate entrance and built in bar area included. Pure Joy Ice Cream is across the street if you need a quick sugar fix AND there’s a park close by for a more nature vibe for photos.

The Loft at Stone Oak was first built on the Smith family property after visiting a wedding out of town. Their goal is to provide a natural environment that will feel like you are miles away from the hustle and bustle of life; while, in reality, you are conveniently located just minutes from Ft. Smith.

price is $4250

The venue is full of southern charm with shiplap walls to brick arched hallways and columns, all topped off with exposed trusses and a soaring 24 ft ceiling. The HUGE upstairs bridal suite is the perfect spot for getting ready for your girls and the guys have their own lounge downstairs too. The interior venue accommodates around 280 people but there are multiple outdoor patios where you can spread out if needed. The full size catering kitchen has a large pantry, double refrigerator, ice maker, and plenty of counter space that is every caterer's dream. A cabin tucked away just seconds from the venue, is the newest addition to the property. It’s the perfect place to run away for your wedding night.

Botanical Gardens of the Ozarks

Botanical Gardens of the Ozarks is the perfect floral filled spot to say your “I do”s all year round. They’re always on the Citiscapes list of best places to get married. You have the option to have an intimate wedding in the gardens, or a larger ceremony under the Rotary Peace Arbor on the main lawn for you and up to 800 of your closest friends.

price range is $500-$3600

This venue just goes on and on. They have 12 different gardens on the property for you to enjoy- including a Japanese Garden, a Butterfly Garden, and a Rock and Water Garden. There is small room in the event hall where you can keep your belongings, but I would recommend getting an Airbnb near by for getting ready. The event hall opens onto a large terrace for the perfect indoor/outdoor reception. You do have to choose from their approved list of caterers and rentals for your wedding, but there are some wonderful vendors on there!

The Record

 
 

The Record used to be the Benton County Daily Record Newspaper building in Downtown Bentonville. When the local Ropeswing Hospitality Group (Pressroom, The Holler, Louise at Thaden Field) got ahold of it, they turned it into a modern 8,000 sqft industrial event space.

price range is $2500-$7500

If you’re planning an extensive tech set up, this is the perfect place. It has a fully integrated AV system with projectors, screens, and audio that is HDMI and AUX compatible. There are 4 wireless channels on site with handheld, lavaliere, and wired microphones. Each room has it’s own mixer for volume and input control. There’s a huge catering kitchen with a large ice machine as well as cooler/freezer space. There are no getting ready rooms, but you’re downtown super close to the 21C Hotel and within walking distance to lots of cute Airbnbs.

Apollo on Emma used to be a historic movie theater in downtown Springdale. After a long renovation of the entire building, they opened for weddings and events around 3 years ago. The iconic Art Deco interior really stands out among venues in this area. You even have the option to personalize the movie marquee and movie posters out front! They also have an outdoor covered courtyard so you never have to worry about rain on your wedding day.

price range is $500-$6500

Their VIP room upstairs can double as a getting ready room. Typically, couples also book the Grove Cottage Airbnb across the street to get ready in. The indoor ceremony capacity is 665 and it will seat 250 for one out in the courtyard. For a sit down reception inside with a dance floor, their capacity is around 300. Enjoy your own cocktail lounge with bar and a full catering kitchen.
